Tyre shredder JS-42100L
Model JS-42100L is our new design shredder for tyre recycling.It is widely used in kinds of auto tyres recycling, rubber, as well as soft plastic.It is single shaft shredder.
As to the tyre of large vehicle of forklift, it needs to remove side rough steel wire firstly, the procedure as following:
Cutting out the inside of tyre then transfered by the belt to the shredder opening, after smashing, the first smashed scraps, normally size 8-12mm, will be sent to next shredder for further smashing and grinding.Cutter is optimized design, decentralizing the press force, reinforce each pieces of knife cutting force, besides each knife cutting in three sides, it can smash the tired slowing and constantly, the knife can be take off to sharpen.
This shredder has matched with separated controlling cabinet, ensuring safety operation.All the electrical appliance is CE device.
